Take the plunge
Participation in the Polar Plunge is completely free. Anyone is welcome to attend, and those who choose to plunge will be entering the water in support of mental health awareness for law enforcement officers and their families.
All plunge participants are required to sign a waiver prior to entering the water. Please bring your filled-out waiver to the plunge or email it in advance to: bringthemhome@lucascrusade.org
Support
The Polar Plunge is free to attend and free to participate in, but donations help make this event possible and support the mission of The LUCAS Foundation.
Proceeds support suicide prevention efforts, officer mental health programs, and resources for families within the law enforcement community. Donations are always appreciated but never required — your presence, support, and willingness to share the mission matter just as much.
